These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of konnectivgroup.com, including all related portals, platforms, tools, and services made available by Konnectiv Limited (“Konnectiv”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the website or any Konnectiv portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Konnectiv provides staffing, recruitment, workforce solutions, and associated digital services for clients and contractors across the UK and Europe.

2. Scope of These Terms

These Terms apply to:

  2. Registered portal users (contractors and clients)

  3. Users who submit information, upload documents, access community areas, or interact with others

  4. Any person accessing the website from the UK, EU, or elsewhere

Separate contracts may apply if you engage Konnectiv for staffing services. Those agreements take precedence over these Terms where relevant.

3. Eligibility and User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To access restricted areas (including the contractor or client portals), you must register an account and provide accurate information.

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your login details confidential

  • Ensuring the security of any device used to access the portal

  • Not sharing your account with any third party
     

Konnectiv may suspend or terminate accounts if misuse is detected.

4. Use of the Website and Portal

You may use the website and portal only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  1. Access, copy, download, scrape, or harvest data (including contractor or client information)

  2. Use automated tools (bots, crawlers, AI agents) to extract data

  3. Upload harmful, misleading, defamatory, or inappropriate content

  4. Attempt to gain unauthorised access to restricted areas

  5. Interfere with website or portal security

  6. Use Konnectiv’s content for training AI systems or similar technologies
     

Konnectiv reserves the right to block misuse, suspend access, remove content, or report unlawful activity.

5. User-Generated Content and Uploads

Users may upload CVs, compliance documents, certifications, work examples, text posts, or messages.

By uploading content, you confirm that:

  1. You own the rights or have permission to share it

  2. It does not infringe the rights of any third party

  3. It does not contain malware or harmful code

  4. It is accurate to the best of your knowledge
     

You grant Konnectiv a non-exclusive licence to store, process, and use the content for recruitment, compliance, community engagement, and related business operations.

 

Konnectiv may remove any content that violates these Terms without prior notice.

6. Client Use of Contractor Information

Clients accessing the portal agree to:

  1. Use candidate information solely for evaluating suitability for roles

  2. Not download, export, copy, redistribute, or store personal data except where permitted by law

  3. Not share access credentials with colleagues or third parties

  4. Treat all contractor data as confidential

  5. Comply with applicable UK and EU data protection laws
     

Konnectiv is not responsible for any inaccuracies in contractor-submitted information.

7. Employment and Engagement Disclaimers

  1. The website does not guarantee employment, engagement, or project placement.

  2. Contractors remain responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all qualifications, certifications, and representations made.

  3. Clients remain responsible for verifying contractor suitability, right to work, qualifications, and compliance documentation.

  4. Konnectiv does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or availability of job listings, project information, or contractor profiles.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Ownership

All content on the website—including text, graphics, branding, software, and layout—is owned by Konnectiv Limited or licensed contributors. Partner contributions, such as design work, remain the property of the contributing partner, with ownership declared where relevant.

8.2 Permitted Use

You may:

  1. View pages for personal, non-commercial use

  3. Quote short extracts with attribution
     

8.3 Restrictions

You may not:
